Directed the implementation of ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certification frameworks, establishing structured documentation standards, governance processes, and enterprise information security controls.
These frameworks significantly improved operational maturity, risk management capability, and organisational process discipline.

Oversaw the development and launch of multiple new digital services including VIP Security, Home Security, and additional enterprise solutions that expanded the organisation’s commercial portfolio.
